Shipping Policy 💌

All orders are shipped in dedicated record mailers, unless otherwise requested, by you.
All items are sandwiched between extra cardboard sheets (sometimes refered to as stiffies) to help keep the parcel rigid in transit.
All items are taped up using red and white fragile tape, to give a final reminder to any handlers that the contents are fragile AF.

UK CUSTOMERS
Items shipped within the UK are shipped using Royal Mail's 2nd class signed for service.
All orders are shipped with full insurance, covering against damage and/or loss in transit.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.
Are all shipped under Royal Mails International Tracked and Signed for service.
(Unless an alternative method is requested, by you).

All international orders are declared at the true value of the goods. Declaring a lower value will  invalidate the insurance cover.

Please be aware that any import and or customs or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer, i.e you.

Items are to be declared as GIFTS for customs purposes. If you have a special declaration request, please send me an email.

YOUR DESTINATION NOT INCLUDED? If your destination is not listed on the shipping page, please let me know and I'll try and source and alternative shipping service that covers your destination.

DAMAGED ORDERS.
Sadly, on occasion, items can become damaged in the post. Although I have no control over your parcel once they leave me, I can usually help if your postie handled your parcel a bit too boisterously and it incurred damage. If you have any issues with damage of an order etc, please get in touch with me right away.

If in the very unlikely event of the shipping mailer looking damaged when it arrives with you, prior to opening. If you can photograph the damaged mailer before opening. Usually the mailers can absorb light damage and you'll probably find the contents are fine. However, if this isn't the case, this will make the claim process with the parcel carriers much smoother for me, and therefore much smoother and quicker for you too.

Customer satisfaction is paramount on my priority list! If you are not 100% happy with the products and / or service provided. Please let me know!
